Here is the July "extra" kit using Independence Day cartridge. I thought i got up close pics, so I will get those up in a few minutes. There is lots of ink, embossing, and stickles used on this layout. Let me know if you want a kit, they are ready now.

yesterday was another fabulous swarm!! i am so thankful for everyone that continues to join us month after month. every month we have more and more ladies wanting to join us. i wish we could have everyone that gets put on the waitlist be able to join us. but, thank you to those of you that understand there is limited space and sometimes you have to be on the waitlist. just know that you can always purchase a kit with or without the pieces cut out if you can't join us for swarm.

next month we will be using "Just Because" cards cartridge and july we will be using "Independence Day" limited edition cartridge.

WOW!!! It is already July 9th! This summer has kinda been flyin' by. We are busy planning our Scrappin' On The River retreat and boy do we have some fun surprises in store. If you would like some info on it, contact me at the following email anji@alteredscraps.com

Now, for the cricut info. We will be having a Stretch Your Imagination cartridge class on July 17th at 6pm. Our cricut classes fill fast, so get your spot reserved quick. If you don't yet have this cartridge, but would still like to attend, let us know and we will find one for you to use. You don't want to miss this class.

Our next swarm is May 3rd from 1-4pm at Mem'ries.
This time of year, the weather is nice, and we have lots of different gift giving things going on right now. So, why not whip up a few fun gift bags to have on hand? In May, we will make 5 gift bags for various occasions along with matching cards and/or tags.

In consideration of teachers all classes and swarms must be pre-paid. Sometimes there are supplies that must be purchased ahead of time, so we have to have a final count before purchases are made.

Swarms are $10 for members and $13 for non-members.

We have outgrown our home at Mem'ries for the monthly swarm, so we decided to try something different for April Swarm. We mentioned it at our March gathering, but we have rented out the Lion's Club in Asotin. Also, we decided to make it an all day, come and go as you wish, event. We have 2 projects planned, snacks, and have pizza late afternoon. You will have table space and time to work on whatever you would like to bring as well. You MUST be pre-registered for this Swarm by April 3rd. You may call the store or email to confirm and get your pizza order in.

INVITE a friend (friend must also pay for swarm) and receive a free goodie!!!

Spring is in the air, I can feel it!! Even though I can hear the rain outside as I type this. We asked Sharon if she would be so wonder and come up with something fun for the March Swarm. Something springy we said and I just have to say, she delivered!! On Sunday she will teach us how to make the prettiest flowers on our machine and let me tell you, there is nothing flat about them. We will make flowers to go on a super cute board that is sure to get you looking forward to spring! i posted a few pics of the flowers, right before the camera battery died.
